Dr. William Kiesel joined Dr. Salin in practice in 1980 to form the practice now known as Salin & Kiesel Dental Associates. Dr. Kiesel graduated from Albright College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1976. He went on to receive his degree from Temple University's School of Dentistry in 1980. Dr. Kiesel received his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1990. He then followed with his Mastership award in 1999. This required completing an additional 600 hours of continuing education.
Dr. Eugene Salin graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology in 1962. He went on to acquire a Master's degree in Public Health Microbiology at the University of Massachusetts. In 1968, he graduated from Temple University's School of Dentistry. In 1984, Dr. Salin received a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in recognition of having completed over 500 hours of continuing education. Dr. Salin began private practice in 1971 and has been serving Quakertown and the surrounding community for over 28 years.
Dr. Rajeev Gowda joined Drs. Salin & Kiesel in September 2006. He grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey then went on to attend Ursinus College. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, he attended Temple University School of Dentistry and graduated in 2004. Dr. Gowda practiced dentistry in Maryland for two years prior to joining our practice. Dr. Gowda has enabled us to add more patient hours giving our patients increased flexibility in scheduling.
The doctors at Salin and Kiesel Dental Associates are always eager to learn more about the constantly changing dental techniques and materials. They have trained with some of the world's most prominent cosmetic dental specialists. The doctors are members of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Quakertown Study Club, and the Suburban Implant Study Club.
